Doctor Vaccaro is an orthopedic surgeon and Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He is also Attending Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Rothman Institute, Co-Director of the Regional Spinal Cord Injury Center of Delaware Valley and Co-Director of the Spine Fellowship Program at Jefferson. Doctor Vaccaro completed a Spine Fellowship at the University of California at San Diego, Orthopedic Surgery Residency program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and a Surgical Internship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Boston College.
