Dr. Frisco is a physiatrist and Director of Rehabilitation Services with Orthopedic Surgery Specialists in Aberdeen, South Dakota. From 1995 to 1998 he was also Medical Officer on Duty at the Veteran’s Administration hospital in Tomah, Wisconsin. He completed the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency, where he was Chief Resident, and an Internal Medicine Internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Minnesota.
