Dr. Dormans is the Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Doctor Dormans completed a Fellowship in Clinical Pediatric Orthopaedics at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. He completed his residency training at the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program, Grand Rapids Michigan State University, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and earned a Doctor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. Doctor Dormans’ special interest areas include general pediatric orthopedic surgery, spinal deformity and tumor surgery.
