Dr. Bush graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in December 1987 and received his license from the State of California in 1988. While in private practice, he continued post graduate work which ultimately led to his appointment by Governor Deukmejian as one of the first Chiropractic Qualified Medical Evaluators in the state of California. Dr. Bush brings an experienced background and a successful track record to the conservative care of personal injury cases in the San Fernando Valley.
