I am committed to my patients attaining optimal health through a wholistic approach that is based on finding balance between the mind, body and spirit. I provide chiropractic adjustments and health coaching that includes nutrition and exercise recommendations. If needed, I can provide counsel to assist my patients in coping with stress or finding balance in their own personal lives. I have 28 years of experience in the area of nutrition. I have attended over 100 hours of continuing education seminars in nutrition and functional medicine. My family background is multicultural and includes Native American and Japanese heritage. I feel this has allowed me to be appreciative and sensitive to the values of the many cultures in the Bay area.
