Nutrition and diet for the pregnant mother leads to increased strength and communication abilities of the newborn. Decreasing allergies and asthma, digestive concerns and musculo skeletal challenges are part of our care. Dr. Prahl's experience in maximizing performance through alignment, diet and nutrition has been used successfully by thousands, mothers to mountaineers.
