A Baylor School graduate, Dr. Jolley went to medical school at UT, then it was off to Salt Lake City for his Spine Fellowship in Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery at the University of Utah. Dr. Jay Jolley returned to his hometown of Chattanooga to provide specialty care in minimally invasive procedures, artificial disc replacement and cervical spine surgery.
