Dr. Sean D. Taylor received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1998. Joined Rehabilitation Medicine Associates, PC, August 2002. He then went on to complete his internship in Internal Medicine at Providence Portland Medical Center from 1998-99, and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington from 1999-2002.
Dr. Taylor joined Rehabilitation Medicine Associates, PC, in August 2002. His interests include Electrodiagnostic medicine and working in partnership with the primary pediatrician in spasticity management in pediatric medicine.
The Alaska Spine Institute (ASI) is the only facility in the state of Alaska with a primary focus on diagnosis and treatment of spinal care, pain management, and neuromuscular rehabilitation, all integrated under one roof. Our facility includes a doctor's office, diagnostic facility including comprehensive imaging services, surgery center, and physical therapy and rehabilitation treatment center. ASI has the ability to provide fast, comprehensive, and top-of-the-line medical care to the community of Anchorage and the state of Alaska.
