The practice was evaluated against a set of national standards by a Joint Commission survey team experienced in the delivery of state-of-the-art ambulatory health care services. Commonwealth Orthopaedics: Spine Center in Northern Virginia
Commonwealth Orthopaedics, established in 1994, is an orthopaedic surgery group practice with 35 orthopaedic physicians, 4 anesthesiologists, 1 physiatrist and 9 office locations across Northern Virginia. Commonwealth Orthopaedics provides comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-efficient care to patients with injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
In an effort to offer the best medical care available, Commonwealth treats their patients with respect and compassion. The health and well-being of their patients is a top priority. They offer outpatient surgery in two locations and physical therapy in seven locations which are all located in the same building as its physicians’ offices. This helps minimize the inconvenience of treatment to patients. Commonwealth Orthopaedic physicians specialize in wide array of orthopaedic services, including sports medicine, spine, knee, hip, and shoulder surgery, and physical therapy/rehabilitation.
