Tridural is an opioid analgesic and used to treat moderate to severve pain relief 
, the other name for it is tramadol 
, and as for the pain it can be very helpful to give relief

I have osteoporosis in my hip but i dont know if this medication makes you feel like your on drugs cause dont want it if it does.
i am so sorry for your pain
, thats very painful 
, If you take a medication for the pain and its the correct one it shouldnt make you tired and drowsey 
, because it will be working on the pain 
. Do you have to take calcium?
