I'm new to this site, but I just wanted to tell everyone that I've been pain free for over a year! I had major back pain for almost 15 years and had tried everything. I had resigned myself to a life of pain when I saw a story on Digg a few years ago about standing desks.
I tried one and most of my pain was gone within two months! It took a while for the last bits to go away, but it eventually did and nowI feel awesome!!!
This is the forum for good news, so I just wanted to share it with everyone and hopefully be an inspiration that your pain won't last forever.
Just curious can you also sit again pain free
when I had ESI and stopped having to sit in hard desks for college retraining, my thoracic pain has lowered signifigantly and might be possibly gone if not for stupid actions playing with godchild, friends in pool. Now I have worse pain and its in cervical and lumbar, and constant. Would have been great for me to come on spinehealth in thoracic and say I am getting better but was not to be I guess. here we go again, but sometimes lifestyle changes can bring releif that starts healing process.
Herniated T6-7 impinging on cord. Annular tears in T5-6 and T7-8, DDD and smorls nodes throughout thoracic. Small herniation in C2-3 and buldge at L 4-5.
"A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove . . . . but the world maybe different because I was important in the life of a child."
I think your news is great!!! You should plan a special kind of celebration. To quote a chiropractor I used to see, "When your back feels good, life is good."
Just curious, what caused your back pain to start and what is digg??
Another quote is your only as old as your spine
