Off Topic Please vote for my design I've made it to the final but need your help.
Hello my fellow Pain sufferers. I am delighted that a piece of my jewellery has made into the final off an International jewellery making competition. (Making jewellery helps me to block out the pain I have from. Sciatica, stenosis and Cauda Equina Syndrome)It is a much needed boost as I am currently lying in a hospital bed recovering from emergency 2 level lumbar fusion aafter developing cauda equina syndrome for the second time in a year! Please, please it would give me such a boost if yoou would take a moment of your time to help me. I too do beadwork! Mine is a mix of jewelry, off loon stitches, and some on loom (hubby) bought me a Mirix this year for my birthday!! Just got out of the hospital, so can't do beading right now, but on my post op short list as they say.

Thank you all. Not the best pic in the world but I am pleased too be selected. Crafts are my life. I'm a secondary school teacher in the UK. I teach design/fashion/textiles up to age 19. I also teach jewellery making at a local bead shop. I find beading a great way to defllect away from pain and health issues.

Any answers I have is not medical advice only a Doctor can help you with that. Just sharing my personal experience as a fellow Spine Health member only. DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing Neck-reverse Lordosis of c-spine C6-C7 with impingement, numb hand and sore outer elbow. Keep the faith.
