I've been banned for violating Spine-Health Forum Rules about Solicitation. I ignore the rules and just went ahead and did what I wanted to anyway- Thats why I am banned and deserved to be banned
I've never liked any type of Spam - the lunch meat of that brand name OR the kind that's put on the SH Forum by that breed of predatory bird known as vulture.

Mom used to fry it sometimes-I've never had a taste for mystery meat
Hash from the can is the same.
You do not deserve to have been banned.
When it comes to spam, people can and must be more lenient.
Please stop banning spam.
We will always ban spammers. It is a clear and major violation of Spine-Health forum rules to do any type of spammer, solicitation, or any other inappropriate posting.
All registered members are suppose to read and understand the forum rules before posting. It is clear that we have many auto-spammers who believe it is fun to create havoc on online sites and then for here to even potentially endanger someone's well being.
So, we stand firm, All SPAMMERs will be BANNED. If spammers do not wish to be banned, then go to another site to exercise their strange and illicit behaviors.
