Well not necessarily sayings but the one I say the most these days is "Oh sh!t". Followed closely by "Owwwww, ouch, or oh my gosh" then another is "Ahhh well". Guess these are more bad habits. LOL.
There's a bunch more but my brain isn't working today as you can see.
