If it's the store I'm thinking of, I shop there all the time. Make sure you are careful with your body so you don't re-injure yourself.

Any answers I have is not medical advice only a Doctor can help you with that. Just sharing my personal experience as a fellow Spine Health member only. DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing Neck-reverse Lordosis of c-spine C6-C7 with impingement, numb hand and sore outer elbow. Keep the faith.
Good job on getting a job and a steady income. Do be careful with what you do and like me, wear a back brace any time you have to lift. I'll bet you'll one of the best in the whole store - customers will come back just to talk to you!
Take care and be sure to keep us posted.

Congrats on your return to work! If it's the store I'm thinking of, every employee wears one, at least so it'll hopefully serve as a reminder to use proper body mechanics.
ime gonna try my best to not mess my self up lifting, i'll be centered in the tools isle, but you know how thing work, ill be getting around! i plan to work smart!
If it is the store I am thinking it is ( ) I always thought how smart they are to wear the back braces. PLEASE don't be "pig headed" lol ASK FOR HELP if you need it and say "NO" if you can't or shouldn't do something.
OK off the "mom" soap box and on to the party!
YIPPEE for you I am so excited for you!
