Haven't slept in over 24hrs, but wanted to leave a quick note to all my SH pals that I'm back & will be posting updates on my fusion recovery & all else Me very soon! (I've been trying to get back on here forever but couldn't remember my password & no longer have access to the old email acct I had listed-finally figured out the pw tonight-YAY!) Been thinking of ya'll...miss you, luv ya & hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!

I do that often - lose pw that is and forget what email account I used to sign up for site as well... 
I finally wrote everything down on word pad and then emailed it to myself at a often used email account, so I now have it in "storage"

Ms. Humpty Dumpty Took a great fall. L1-L2-L3-L4 - S1 & S2 full herniations. Spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, DDD, scoliosis. Knees, hips & spine have degenerative bone disease, arthritis and bone spurs. Age 50 - Here to find & offer support. *Had bilateral knee replacement surgery done March 15th, 2011

disabled RN/ physical rehabilitation & long term care
Osteoarthritis of C spine with advanced foraminal narrowing (bone spur formation) at right C5-6& left C6-7 (nerve involvement bilat). Mod. to advanced disc narrowing at C5-6. Advanced narrowing of C6-7 disc. Fibromyalgia and Myofacial Pain Syndrome x 20 yrs. Two auto accidents in youth.
Treatments: 3 epidurals, last one in 8/2011 not effective. Chiropractic (activator not effective). Physical & Water Therapy.
Meds: Butrans 10 mcg/hr, Topamax 100 mg 2x day, Percocet 10 mg, Klonopin .5 mg, Zanaflex 4mg as needed (spasms).
Told by Neurosurgeon he would not "operate for pain". Thinking of trying Acupuncture.
