I didn't see too much information about Magnetic Therapy, so I thought I would post some.
Theres a great book called EDITED, it details the history of Magnetic Therapy, where it comes from & how it has been used, and current uses.
The main thing magnetic therapy does is increase blood circulation, of which many people find various benefits from, including pain relief.
My husband & I both found health benefits in using Magnetic Therapy, so much so that I started making magnetic jewelry & offering it to friends.
I use it for my fibromyalgia, and my husband uses it for a bad knee, as well as neck pain & headaches, we've been wearing magnetic jewelry for around 4 years now.
Of course there is no such thing as a cure-all, one thing may work for one person, but not so much for someone else, but we hear from people all the time how magnetic therapy has reduced their pain and improved their health.
Here is my blog that has good information on the therapy as well:

magnetic therapy. I have used the Niken magnets for over 15 years. Besides the various side magnets, I have a magnet pillow, a blanket that has these magnets.
Its not the end all to pain relief, but I can say that I have gotten good results from using these magnets

Oh No, DiLauro has turned to the dark side. LOL
We all have a magnetic field around the spine. Native americans used magnetite (magnetic rocks) because they understood the energy flow needed to be helped.
When your spine is misaligned or you have subluxations (like bulging discs and stuff)....it messes up the magnetic field......your CHI....
When you have lots of allergies...the histamine....messes up your magnetic field.....
I'm sure your magnetic therapy might help somewhat in getting the magnetic field back to normal.....although I heard that true magnetic therapy is very hard since you have to know exactly where to positive the magnetite rocks or magnets.....(the Native Americans knew).....but must know the magnetic field and where all the stuff interconnects......although figuring out why the magnetic field is messed up in the first place will likely help you 1000 times better.....
When the flow (magnetic field) is messed up.....it is like a river that is behind a dam.....pressure build.....makes tension..headaches...pain....
Flow = less pain.
Anyway, thanks for your post.....I just wanted to add to it so people would understand a bit more of WHY magnetic therapy could work. Don't you love science......look it up people (its physics)......the truth is waiting to be uncovered.
What DiLauro says is the truth, the Nikken products help very much, one of my friend's mom has Arthritis and after she started to use Nikken mattress topper, she feels a lot better, my dad who broke his leg 2 years ago, had troubles when was walking for a long time, now is using Nikken Magstrides, and the results are very good.
This what determined me to became a distributor + I have a 25% discount.

I have two friends that are using them and love the results. I just recieved 4 power magnets in the mail (they were free) to try before I spent money.
I taped them into my brace but now, no longer need my brace. I hope they work.
Many people say its a Placebo, I say, well if it is only that then that is great too
I was told by a rep that a braclet for neck or back is not enough. More like bed magnets and magnet in the soles ...I am going to try

I am a jumbled mess of autoimmune illness with Lyme Disease thrown into the mix. I recently got a Tallalay Latex Foam topper from Sam's club, and I almost ordered the magnetic mattress pad, BUT.....I am a bit skeptical, although I do wear the magnet bracelets, the kind you get at your local drugstore, and I SWEAR they help my osteoarthritis in my hands/fingers. I was thinking of getting the mattress pad and wondered if anyone has tried this for therapy/pain...and if it works. I rarely sleep...maybe a few hours here...and there, but it isn't quality sleep (REM) and I know this is exacerbating every other physical issue I have, and this topper really hasn't helped either (many tender points, especially my hips, buttocks, knees) so I am looking for answers. I just joined this site tonight because I now have, on top of everything else, a bad arthritic hip + severe spinal stenosis, and mutiple other things going on I won't bore all of you with. Just wondering IF anyone has had really good results with magnets or specifically a magnetic mattress pad.
Thanks!!
