tight neck from Lumbar spine problem
i have something going on in my L5 area of my back that is causing the nerve or muscles in my neck to be really tight and in my traps, does any1 have any idea's i have had sum chiro treatment with a bigg adjustment it goes away for 3 days or so but always comes back, plZ help !!!!!!!!!!!1

I actually used to experience severe pain in my neck when my lumbar issues first started. My doc told me that once we get the lumbar issues under control that it might help the neck. He was right. I used to go to a chiro but really feel that he did more harm than good for me. I hope that you have been thouroughly checked out by an MD before going to a chiro. Good luck.
