L4-L5 DDD with annular tear grade 3 - SED surgery...

After discogram which shows tear in it,and after 100% concordant 10/10 pain,my surgeron recommends selective endoscopic discectomy with annuloplasty to atemp heal tear and remove degenerated portions of disc. Anyone had this type of surgery?
