Anyone else got cold feet (literally)?

I have what I call "corpse feet": no matter how warm the rest of my body is, my feet get icy, painfully cold. I've always dismissed it as just a weird quirk, but I've read through a few stenosis-related posts in which people mention having them, too.
Anybody else?
Is this a thing I should worry about, or should I just deal with it and buy extra socks?

_____________

Pars fracture causing spondy causing stenosis at L5/S1. Also, SI joint pain caused by mechanical issues.
So far, I've tried: cortisone epidurals (5X), SI Joint blocks, PT, chiro, massage…some work better than others.
Prolotherapy for the SI joint stuff.
Doc says I need ALIF/PLIF instrumented fusion.
Otherwise, young and healthy and DETERMINED TO MAKE IT THROUGH THIS! Can't wait till I'm healthy enough to hit the trails again. SOON!
