Full recovery timeline from open lumbar laminectomy and decompression surgery..

I am five months post op for an open lumbar laminectomy and decompression surgery for Spinal Stenosis.. I have gone through Physical Therapy and exercise regularly.. Still have weakness, neuropathy, and neuralgia in feet and legs.. At 63, I don't recover from vigorous exercise as quickly as I used to.. I would like to hear from anyone who has gone through a similar process to see what possibly is in store for me in the next six months..

Lumbar Laminectomy

Well, here I go for Round two. I had Laminectomies performed on 3 levels last go round, now just one more. Last time recovery was a EDITED (20 weeks). I am more prepared for the trip this time. It's very much a mental game. I WILL NOT get addicted to Oxycodone this time either. Withdrawal was a real blast....Not. wish me luck Thanks
