Dont quit
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When we might have won had we stuck it out,
Dont give up though the pace seems slow
You may suceed with anoher blow..
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far
So stick to the fight when your hardest hit,
Its when things seem worse THAT YOU MUST NOT QUIT

7/05 L4-5 Decompression.12/07L3-S1 Decompresssion/lami.2/10 L4-5 360 Fusion w/own bone graph 9/12/11 L3-5 decompression screws removed @ L4-5 fusion, new clamp placed due to instability,L3-4 decompression/fusion with bilateral clamps.

ALIF L4/5 19th October 2009 - successful
Discectomy/laminectomy L4/5 April 2008 - didn't help
Disc degeneration at L3/4 and L5/S1 with right sided foraminal stenosis at L5/S1 with slight flattening and elevation of the right L5 nerve root.
