I'm a 36 year old male who works his rear off and NOT a shyster BUT when I was almost killed in a wood mill incident at EDITED the foreman and H.R people told EDITED that I was in a car wreck. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN MY LIFE!! Anyway after 3 years of fighting with the mill and EDITED finally comes back to me and says I have degenetrive disk disease and won't cover me. To add insult to injury, with this diagnosis I am never able to ever get another job which intales physical labour due to the fact that if I ever injure my back again I WILL NEVER BE COVERED. EDITED
