feel like i hit my funny bone
i went in to the doctor and he said i had a ulnar nerve compression and to take a 600 mg motrin every three hours as needed i am taking the max amount i am suppossed to and am still in pain now it feels like my neck is barely able to hold up my head any suggestions please cant sleep and i feel miserable thanks

I frequently have pain as you described- pretty much 24/7.
Have you had an MRI recently?
The Motrin will take a few days to start working properly, the levels need to build up. Are you taking anything else?

I had the same feeling in my ulnar nerve after pulling on too much weight. I fully expected Doc to give me painkillers but he gave me valium as a muscle relaxer instead. I was actually mad at him thinking he wasn't taking my pain seriously. But it SERIOUSLY worked ! ! !
Please give this a try.
