HELP UNDERSTANDING MRI/CT RESULTS

Hey all...Have gotten the results today of my recent mri and ct..The MRI says I have a "Superficial Dermal/subdermal vascular lesion overlying the frontal lobe of my brain and the CT says I have "End plate irregularity and anterior verterbral end plate osteophysis" and "Thoracic Kyphosis"

Can anyone help me understand what all this means???
