information on recovery time for kyphoplasty and laminectomy

has anyone had kyphoplasty and laminectomy surgery? my dad, 82 years old is planning on this and I need some information regarding recovery period

I commend you for being so supportive to your dad. Please check out the surgery section and you will find members there that have undergone these procedures. You may also want to take a look at the sticky titled post op must haves. It will go much smoother if you are bothe prepared. Good luck to your dad and please keep us posted with his progress.
