Hi 14 years ago I had a spinal fusion L4 L5. In January I fell at work still fighting work comp. They don't believe that a fall (flat on my back) could be all the cause of my pain.My Dr. wants to perform pedicle screw procedure. Of course work comp is delaying procedures and I'm feeling worse, even painful to stand in the shower. Any advise out there?
I hate to say this but I been fighting workman comp for over two years. So I hope you do better then I have. And yes I do have a good lawer.

Howdy, I am 38 and had the XL-TDR done on my L4-L5 on 3/17/2010 and have had very good luck! The XL-TDR is a device in a study. Once again I have had very good results and think you should look into it.
Ken P.S. look it up in the DDD forum! if you have any ????'s ***send PM for info***
