SOMBEACH FER SURE!

Dang it Ranch. I sure wish I could help a brutha from anotha motha out.

This truly sucks and I pity the fool who answers the phone at the Insurance company.

I just can't believe the cold-heartedness of some people. I mean, I DO believe it, but I just can't understand it.

Hey, Ranch...

You're kidding, right? No, really...

I'd post more but we're not supposed to curse on the forums. Just know that I'm cursing these people all the way to down-under in my mind, my friend.

Totally, totally sucks.

Time to lay waste to this

Time to lay waste to this motha!!! Lol. Im just kidding. Dont do anything crazy. Man I am not in favor of total government controlled healthcare but this is exactly the reason why there needs to be oversight to our current system.

Are there any insurance companies that cater to people who cant afford insurance that you can take part in? For instance there is Care link here in texas. Its like $100 or $200 a year and they provide you with meds and appointments like regular insurance.

Its worth a shot. And by that I do not mean a shot at the insurance peeps. D Oh

Take care

That's rough

Making you wait that long to get back in and see someone.
Nothing to compare, but I just ran out of Valium 4 days before my refill date, shrink told me to call if this happened. I'm not calling, I'll wait. Main reason for me is I have a PM appt, the big deal one, on Thursday. I want to see exactly what the valium is helping with.
So, far I can feel increased pain, more knotting in my back and less "satisfaction" with my SCS. Nothing major.

The "big deal" is I need some form of, "this is what this guy can do" to hand off to Human Resources or they will make me do a physical evaluation by one of the places that do those things. They can require me to be evaluated elsewhere even if my doc does write restrictions, which I'm not sure he will. I could actually use some valium now that I think about it....

Don't nobody go yelling at me for running out early, I have doctors permission to take what I was taking, we were just hoping I would use less...I would call him, but I really want to see what I regress to.

Hang in there ranch. Tell them to go to 4355!!

I live in Texas and the hospital district was kind enough to take me in, despite the W/C status, well I guess its all clear now.
If Kharma has any say there will be a big steaming pile of dookey on the fatcats at the insurance company picknic...I hope it raines too.

insurance

I hate insurance people right now, just had to deal with TWO adjusters doing a tag team on a hit and run.

I've got a pounding headache and check. Neither of which is what I wanted. I'd like a larger check and a smaller headache please!

Ranch, does that mean you can get in to be seen sooner? or is just the same thing you already had setup?

Naaa. Same time frame

ive got one card left to play, but it means i'l owe the state even more money. the people who are paying to get me retrained have offered to pick up meds, but it means new doc, new tests for the same old things, possibility of meds being taken away, again, i fought for theses effective ones, otheres may be of differing opinion. luck on the adjuster!
