I lost 100 pounds on weight watchers. I lost 55 on my last weight watchers try and that was 2ish years ago..ive kept it off for about 1yr 4months and am a lifetime member. I lost the 55lbs b/t my first and second surgiers with out much excersize due to the pain and my conditions, so it was all diet change, which IS a lifestyle chage. I also kept it off with diet alone. WW really teaches you how to eat and what to eat. It also teaches you tools to help with depression and emotion eating and gives you tools for life situations. THE biggest advice I can give somone trying to loose weight with out going into the healthy food and what to eathc and what not to each ect.. is: Separate your plate with an invisible line right in the middle. On one side fill up the whole thing with veggies, steamed veggies, no cheese or lots of butter ect.. (I like spray butter) and then on the other half split that into 2 halves and on 1 quarter put your meat and on the other quarter put your starch. HOpe this helps! good luck to anyone trying. I was 250 pounds 10 years ago and now I am 145. I truely UNDERSTAND what yall are going though. I was heavy my whole life.
