Yesterday on Rachel Ray I say a segment about the "Flat belly diet". Anyone ever tried it? Looked interesting. I am going to the website to check it out.

  • :) i saw it! i am not really interested in a "diet." they never work for long and once you stop them what do you eat? it has been shown that changing your eating habits to lower your caloric intake plus exercise is the only way to keep off weight permanently. most evidence points in that direction. i will stick to that no matter how quickly i want a flat tummy!! why not try it yourself and come on over to the weight loss group. you could use whatever meal plan you like. you can have that flat tummy before all of us! lol! come on over anytime. see week 30 in this section. hope to see you there! Jenny :)

  • Try these diets for flat belly.
Eat apple, orange, grapefruit, and strawberries.
Eat raw broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, and radish.
    Drink plenty of water.
    Take green tea.
    Drink grapefruit juice.
    Take green vegetables soup.
Use fish oil for flat belly.
  • Has anybody tried this? Or does anyone have a link to the diet plan? I've been trying to get rid of my belly fats for years. Nothing have ever work! It's so frustrating.
