  • and welcome to the forum. You will find support and understanding from the amazing members here. With that being said , only you and your doctor can decide what is better or worse so talk it all over with him\her and see what they have to say. For me , there are days when the pain gets me worse and days when the numbness and weakness get me worse. I guess alot of it really depends on the person and each of our personal medical conditions. I wish you the best and please keep us posted as to how you are doing. Take care...Miki
  • I will have follow up today.
  • You need to discuss the specifics with your doctor and try to figure it out together. Sciatica, though, is not really a disease itself, but a set of symptoms caused by something else. It's more or less an umbrella term covering different types of pain, burning, and numbness too! So, that's all part of your sciatica.
  • yesterday I had visited the orth doctor and the chiropractic.
the doctor said : what you feel better is better.
the chiropractic said : pain is not so important, the function is more important.
  • and ask if pain is not that important....lol

    but, hey that's me...

Doctor's advice actually seems reasonable. Not too helpful, but reasonable.
