Severe low back pain moving to mid area? Pain meds not helping

Hi there. So, Im on Oxycodone 20mg 2x day. I have severe low back pain caused by my facet joints. Well, as of today, im starting to have severe pain on both sides of my back, sharp stabbing ones. I just got over a kidney infection 3 months ago :jawdrop: I hope thats not what it is, but they raised my medication from 10mg to 20mg. You would think that significant amount of change would help my pain, but because of this new pain, I am pretty frustrated! ~X(
Any thoughts on this? Maybe its just strain hopefully,
