I started doing Aquacise about 4 months ago at the local pool. Its an hour class full of older woman. (45 women in there!). I cant do all of the movements (especially legs to the side or back, but I modify stuff). Anyone else doing this? Its pretty helpful and fun.

  • <:P it is great to get out in the pool and move around. i have to limit some of the exercises and slow myself down but it is a good workout anyway. if i don't do a group exercise i still get in and do walking and exercising on my own. the pool i use is not heated so i can only bear the water during the summer months. my body sure knows the differance when i don't swim!!
