Im having a lot of problems with pain while im going to bed and then sometimes after an especially restless sleep Im in pain all up my neck when I wake up. Ive changed pillows, used more used less. Ive no idea what to do. :/

Im just wondering if you guys have any other suggestions or handy hints.

Im seeing my doctor next week about proper pain relief, not just supermarket painkillers.

  • im not promoting it but when my neck was killing me i used to wear a soft collar to bed,it did help me to some extent.
i also tried the bean, heat bags they would relax me enough to sleep.i wrapped a light towel around them not heavy enough so that i couldn't feel the heat but it would keep them hot a lot longer.
  • will probably help you out alot once you see the doctor and can get proper pain relief. Have you thought about asking for something to help you with sleeping also? Just a thought....please keep us posted as to how you are doing....take care....Miki
