  • I've been looking at both, and honestly I've read successes and horror stories about both ADR and fusion for L5-S1. If you want to read some first-hand accounts of ADR, check out http://www.adrsupport.org/
There are message boards where people have posted their stories, good and bad. Be advised, it may come down to what your insurance will cover, as many will not cover ADR in the US. Good luck to you.
