Wow two nights ago managed to get the pillows fixed just right and slept for nearly 5 hours...what bliss. Last night followed the same patern...neck was fine...but EDITED I was screaming with sciatica!!

I wonder which I will chose tonight?? good pillows and no neck pain....or old pillow method and no sciatic pain?? ~X(

  • Try the new pillow method, but some ice on you back for a little while (off to side above butt- whichever side has sciatic probs) Be careful not to burn your skin.

I am guessing you woke up with sciatic pain? I use the ice at night, when the sciatic pain is too much to sleep... really helps.

Again, be sure not to let it burn you... don't fall asleep with it (I'm sure you know this :D )
  • I missed out the ice pack as I don't tollerate the ice, I replaced it with a heat pad however and had four lovely hours of deep sleep. Gosh you can face anything after a good sleep!!
