Well, guys, my first Spine Strengthening class is today, and I am so nervous! I never liked my NS in the first place, and he sent me here, and my chiro thinks that this program is going to hurt me more and make me worse. The NS on the other hand, thinks I will be good as new afterwords....pfff...lol

  • Spine Strengthening Classes are classes that are offered through my NS. It's basically exersizing under supervision, and some machines are specially formatted for the purpose. Other then that, it's like a gym with a personal trainer! I will have to visit the NS every few weeks though to see my progress, if any.
  • Does your insurance pay for this? Sounds great. In my personal exerience physical therapy was the best alternate treatment for me. When I exercise I feel great and my neck loves it. Of course I need to watch out that I don't over due it. No running for me. I fast walk and do stretches with my rubber bands. Let me know how it goes for you. I am going to ask my Dr about it.

  • Unfort. I have no insurance, so I have to pay $45 dollars a month. It's typically $88 dollars a week for 2 visits a week, but the Dr. is helping me out because of my situation. Hopefully it will help and your doctor has something like this.
