bone stimulator

it's been 14 months since my surgery,yesterday i found out i was not fused at all levels,dr is going to give me a bone stimulator next week.has anyone been this far out of surgery and given a stimulator? i had 4 levels done,i don't smoke, i know it takes a while to fuse,thought i was done worrying... thanks michelle

  • I would have to say that is weird to get a stimulator so far out of surgery all three of my surgeries I had a bone stiulator before I left the hopsital. I don't know if bone graft will still grow this far out of surgery, would be intrested in knowing bc I had a refusion done 24 months out and was told 1yr out that the fusion had failed. i would do some research on it .

    Hope you fuse and don't have any complications.
