question about sciatica

AnonymousUserAAnonymousUser Posts: 49,900
hi, folks, I have been suffering from lowback pain every day for over a year. My question is- I seem to get sciatica only after I've been attempting pelvic tilts.Does anyone else have this or is sciatica something that is permanently present? The pain is like a sore numbness all the way down my thigh, calve and sole of my foot.I'm waiting for an MRI scan at the mo, had an x-ray many months ago which just showed some signes of degeneration
thank you xxxxx
