I injured my neck 5 months ago. Have grinding noise while I rotate my head and pain in my right shoulder and arm and back of my head. X-ray was OK. I will have a MRI soon. Any sort of light stretch or exercise at home makes things worse. Please tell me what could be wrong.

  • after seeing my X-Ray he just told me to have chiropractic care and physical therapy. I myself asked him for MRI.
  • I had to ask for my MRI too.... I'm glad you're taking an active role in your healthcare. We can only speculate what is wrong and need the MRI to focus on the issue of your neck pain and numbness. Keep us posted. Charry
