Hi all,

I posted on the old site a mpw.
Had surgery in May for Isthmic Spondy L5-S1 and DDD. I got four bolts and two rods and surgery was pretty horrible but bearable with all the meds.

Just dropped in to say that six months on im like new.
Feels a little stiff and a bit different in that area but all pain is gone and I am getting better at bending at the waist.
I didnt start any Physio till five months post op, but kept as active as possible. The Physio really helps and has got me keen to get fit again.

So there is good news, get a good surgeon and they can fix it.

Heres hoping the same for you!

Ironman.
