Hi there. I'm 3 weeks postop tomorrow froma 1 level ACDF 6/7 and wondering why last night when I woke up about mid-night I noticed my ankles and feet were swollen. I checked on them this AM and they were still larger than normal and my fingers too - my rings are tight. I've been drinking water. Anyone might know what might be goign on? Should I call my Dr.? Thanks.

  • Don't know if this could be your problem, but I also woke up one morning to extremely swollen hands and feet. Prior to surgery, the doc had taken me off of my fluid pill. Once I started taking it again, the swelling went down. I think I'd call the doc and tell him what's going on. Hope it gets better soon.
