  • A neck thing called a "Bed Buddy". I got mine at WalMart in the pharmacy section. You can put it in the microwave to heat it. I leave mine on for about 15 minutes at a time when I need it.

    Very inexpensive too.
  • I just did a search and bed buddy has alot of stuff. What do you have the body wrap or the hot cold pack ect...
  • I have the hot/cold pack.
  • This thin electric neck heating pad has been the best thing aside from icing my neck with a u shaped pillow.

  • I use a Bed Buddy....its a long, soft cloth tube with rope loops on each end. You heat it in the microwave and it provides moist heat. It's soft and moldable so you can put it anywhere. I've got one at work and one at home. I use it on my lower back when that hurts and i can walk around with it draped around my neck so I'm not "bed-ridden" by a cord. You can actually make one very easily...take a long tube sock, fill it with rice, tie or sew the end shut and whala! Bed Buddy!
  • I like the Anti-Stress microwavable Comfort Wrap by Earth Theraputics I bought at Bi-Mart. It has Lavender and Chamomile inside it, so when warmed it smells heavenly, and helps reduce stress. It's very similiar to the Bed Buddy, but I didn't like the smell of the bed buddy, but I wore it out anyway They are rally relaxing and help a lot with pain, whichever one you get.
