For 2008 anyways. :))( :))( :))(

We are now 20 minutes into the new year, and I hope to shed 50 pounds or so in before we end 2009. So here's to the beginning of 2009 and no more M&Ms. Good luck to all of us who are serious and ready to lose some weight. I think we will all feel better overall when we shed some pounds. Maybe we can't do much about our spine issues, but losing weight is something I can work towards.

So no more peanut M&Ms for me. I'm taking action one small step at a time. 8} Now if I could only stop eating all the other empty calories that I love so much.
Surviving chronic pain one day at a time, praying for a reprieve because living another 40 years like this doesn't sound too fun!
