Has anyone had relief using an inversion table? I have a straight neck and am wondering if an inversion table would help. Also, chiari malformation. :H

  • I researched these inversion tables and found that many many do get relief from these. I know someone personally who says it does work,....BUT, it only works for LOWER BACK issues. I also am a Cervy and when I oredred the product and tried it, I only felt it stretching out my lower back. It is aboslutley no good for cervies. I felt no pressure or strecthing at he cervical level, just lower back
