I am now officially 2 months post op PLIF and I'm really beginning to feel better and better every day. Even the awful nerve issues are beginning to calm down.
Although this question is probably a little preliminary, what do we do in terms of exercise and activity to keep the rest of our spine strong and minimize the stress that I've heard occurs on the 2 adjacent joints? I just had a 1 level fusion at L4-L5.
If anyone knows a good article or discussion on this that is already posted, or can share knowledge on the subject, I'd be very, very interested to read it!
