Need Help Finding PM

I'm so frustrated and really glad I found this forum. I have been in pain for years and I just cant seem to get anywhere. I have documented herniation at L4-5, and literally every disc in the C & T series is bulging. I also have DDD and 2 bone spurs. My doctor (NS) has yet to actually say I have a reason to be in the horrible pain I am in! (The things I am saying are wrong with me I am quoting from xrays and MRI).

I need pain relief so bad but he says my PCP should take care of my pain and she says the NS should take care of it.

I want to get in to PM but I dont know where to start. I dont want to shop around for a Dr and get labeled a pill popper. Does anyone know of a good PM facility in the Pittsburgh area?

Thanks for your help!!
