Hello all-just a quick note to say I had my surgery last Monday as scheduled, but what wasn't scheduled was the 7 days in hospital hell. But, I'm home finally and will log in in a couple of days to chat. Thanks to all!

    DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing c-spine c4-c7 RN
  • I hope you have some help at home. My biggest issue was forgetting to take my meds, I finally used a kitchen timer!! Glad you made it home :)))

  • Welcome home it was good to see you today and knowing your safe at home relaxing in your bed is wonderful. Enjoy it, rest yourself well and will chat with you soon. Congrats on being home, the scary part is over now...just take good care of yourself and be patient with yourself in the next few weeks and dont over do! I know youve heard that a million times so I figure I wouls make it a million plus one hehe. Take care hon
  • Grats on getting home, sorry about the 7 day hospital stay. As stated above take it easy!! As my doctor told me, be a total couch potato for the first week.
