Hi Everyone,
I just thought I'd give a word of encouragement.
For almost three months, after a 2 level cervical fusion, I was in sooo much pain and thought I'd never feel myself again and was regretting ever getting the surgery. Now it's been three weeks since I started physical Therapy and I can tell you that I DO feel myself and better yet, better than before the surgery! I just can't beleive the difference it's made....it's a miracle! So for you who are stil in pain and discouraged about the surgery....know that better days ARE AHEAD and this too shall pass and you WILL feel better.......talk to your doctor about Physical Therapy and maybe it will be an answer to prayer for you too!

  • I'm all about hearing good stories! It's a lesson to all that we need to try everything when we are healing from spinal problems. This is a journey that takes time, getting discouraged can come easily, but we need to get back on the horse so to speak and keep at it.

I hope you continue to improve every day until you are doing everything that you want to. You go girl!
