I just found this site last night and began researching today. I'm no stranger to back pain, or pain in general. I'm 49 years old, had back surgery (Spinal Stenosis) (L4, L5) Laminectomy with Forminectomy 5 years ago. It didn't help, I have been labeled Post Op Severe Back Failure since then.

I also have other medical conditions that are painful, Fibromyalgia, CFIDS, OA and RA. So you can understand why I'm no stranger to pain. To be honest I can't remember what it's like to be pain free. That was more than 20 years ago for me.

I hope to be able to help others along the way here as well as get great advice and make friends who understand what it's like living with pain.
